As most of you know, Rock Quarry Road has seen better days. Its surface is a patchwork of striped and unstriped pavement. The portion between Stadium Boulevard and Grindstone Parkway is dotted with pot holes, including two abrupt and poorly marked “BUMPs.” I’m sure this isn’t news to most.
