An often overlooked portion of the Missourian Web site is a interactive graphical analysis of MU faculty salaries for 2007-2008. While slightly outdated, it’s an easy and interesting page to peruse – remember these are your tax dollars at work, literally.

Statewide Republican candidates did not attend a candidates forum to discuss disability issues in Missouri. Two Democratic candidates — attorney general candidate, state Sen. Chris Koster, and lieutenant governor candidate, state Rep. Sam Page — attended and gubernatorial candidate Jay Nixon and secretary of state Robin Carnahan sent representatives to speak.
